1. International Equipment Reliability Working Group AP-913 Harmonisation sub-group Update from Prague meeting 4th-5th Apr 2017

2. Objective
“Produce a harmonised (WANO) Equipment Reliability standard to be used globally outside of North America”

3. Achievements so far
Survey of IERWG members re: what changes would we like in our WANO standard versus AP-913. Key themes are:
Simpler and shorter than AP-913
More generic e.g. remove Maintenance Rule/MPSI.
Include roles & responsibilities of each function and the interactions.
Agreed and expanded sub-group – now have input from 11 member states (UK, Spain, China, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Finland, Bulgaria, Sweden, France, UAE and Korea) and WANO London Centre (see slide 4)
Document Draft 3 now in production. Final set of comments on Draft 2 agreed with all sub-group members.
