By offering an integrated program we have the ability to: Intervene at any point along the wellness paradigm Help shift the balance to the right of the continuum Types of Care: Reactive care: Medical care after you have a problem or get ill Proactive care: Early action to prevent disease/minimize complications Preventive care: Primary prevention
