Create or make use of an existing document.  Place it into your OneDrive and share it with some of the others that are in the session. You will need to know their address.

9. To Share, make sure the file is closed and Share by clicking on the 3 dots.

10. Inviting people seems the best option because nothing is anonymous or a Guest.

11. One can share a link to people just within our organisation (includes students).

12. And one can see whom the file is shared. One can email from this screen.

14. To Share a folder in OneDrive with a specific class, first create the actual folder.

Type in the name of your class as per Moodle.

17. Choose the class to share, tick ‘Send an email invitation, press Share button

18. Class members receive an email with the link to the shared folder
