After subscribing to eTools, users have access to SCP-RR. Data on order transactions and schedules are stored in SCP-RR.

15. Receive an Invite to an RFQ
You will receive an inviting you to respond to an RFQ. This would come from ProcurePass.
Click on the URL Link to view the RFQ and enter a response.

16. View & Respond to RFQ – Header Level
Closing Date – this is the deadline to respond to the RFQ.
Quote Price Expiry Date – this should be the date that your quote (offer/prices) expires.

17. View & Respond to RFQ – Line Level
Attachments can be sent at the header or line level. You can also send attachments as part of your response at the header or line level.
Promise Date – this should be the date received by Rolls-Royce.

18. Save or Submit the RFQ
Save – You can save your response and return to this page (until you ‘Submit’ it)
Submit – After you submit a response, it is inaccessible to you and this page expires.
Once purchase decision is made, you will receive an notification (PO to selected supplier).
