Traditional Business Model vs. Hub-based e-Business Model
Traditional business model is sequential, lacking integration, paper-based, costly, and inefficient. It is time-driven, with many activities occurring serially. A hub-based e-Business model is continuous and integrated, allowing multiple participants to join and collaborate. It is information-driven, leading to better efficiencies and cost savings. 9/18/2018

Today’s e-Business Model vs. the Future’s Model
Today’s e-Business model consists of separate “wedges” of an e-Business solution. These wedges serve niche solutions and do not allow for information exchange between each other. The e-Business model of the future consists of integrated wedges. The wedges can exchange information amongst each other, providing even more efficiencies to the process. 9/18/2018
