Nebraska High School Football Coaches, The fall season is complete and hopefully for each of you it was a successful one both on and off the field. As each of you transition into the next season of the game, we want to let you know that our second annual Lincoln Football Coaches Association Clinic Series is just around the corner. These clinics were created to advance high school football in Lincoln and the surrounding communities and provide an opportunity to hear stellar coaches, network with peers and enjoy some downtime. It is one that you won’t want to miss! Our 2nd annual series of clinics will be held again this year on the 3rd Wednesday of year month with the exception of March (due to Lincoln Public School Spring Break). The series will be followed by a “Junior Showcase Recruiting Fair” in May. Checks can be made payable to “Lincoln Football Coaches Association” and mailed to our treasurer, Jim Hansen at Lincoln Pius X High School, 6000 A Street, Lincoln, NE You may also register and pay at the door when you arrive at the 1st event. Each clinic will be held at Barry’s Bar & Grill, 235 North 9th Street . The Clinic will open doors 6:00 with drink and food specials. The featured speaker will begin at 7:00. February 17th – Coach Mark Banker: University of Nebraska March 16th – Coaches Clint Brown & Dan Jackson : South Dakota State University April 20th – Coach Jeff Jamrog : Midland University May 8th – Junior Showcase Recruiting Fair The Spring Recruiting fair will be held on May 8th at the Firethorn Golf Club, 9301 Firethorn Lane in Lincoln. This event will be for Head HS Coaches and College Coaches. Food and beverages will be provided. Those attending will receive further information in April, 2017.
