2 Are you a person that wants to: Save time? Reduce the amounts of conflict you deal with? Have a simple process to resolve conflicts? Have kids/adults take responsibility for resolutions? Increase student attendance? Reduce the amount of violence at your school? Have more productive conflict resolution?
