13 African Union The AU is a union consisting of 54 African states.
The only African state that is not a member is Morocco.  Has 4 administrative bodies and operates similarly to the UN Founded on May 26th, 2001 The abridged objectives of the AU are: To achieve greater unity and solidarity To defend the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence To accelerate the political and social-economic integration of the continent. To promote and defend African common positions on issues To encourage international cooperation, To promote peace, security, and stability on the continent. To promote democratic principles To promote and protect human and peoples' rights To promote sustainable development

14 Arab League It was formed in Cairo on 22 March 1945 with six members
The League's main goal: "draw closer the relations between member States and co-ordinate collaboration between them, to safeguard their independence and sovereignty, and to consider in a general way the affairs and interests of the Arab countries“ Each member state has only one vote in the League Council, while decisions are binding only for those states that have voted for them.

15 OPEC A permanent, international organization headquartered in Vienna, Austria. Established in Baghdad, Iraq on 10–14 September 1960. "coordinate and unify the petroleum policies" of its members and to "ensure the stabilization of oil markets in order to secure an efficient, economic and regular supply of petroleum to consumers, a steady income to producers and a fair return on capital for those investing in the petroleum industry."
