You get the best value from your V.S.P. benefit when you visit a V.S.P. network doctor. If you desire not to see a V.S.P. doctor, co-pays still apply. You’ll also receive a lesser benefit and typically pay more out-of-pocket. You are required to pay the provider in full at the time of your appointment and submit a claim to V.S.P. for partial reimbursement. If you decide to see a provider not in the network, call V.S.P. first.

Out-of-V.S.P.-network: Reimbursement for single vision to $40.00, bifocal vision up to $60.00, trifocal vision up to $80.00, and tints up to $5.00 every twenty-four (24) months.
