4 Business Development SAA IS READY FOR 2010 Dedicated teams to process participating soccer teams, the media, and other VIPs Baggage, check-in, customer services, security, VIP Flexible operations during games including 24 hour operations where required Almost 500 cabin and ground staff employed, trained and integrated into SAA operations Extended operating hours for call centres Additional call centre staff appointed and deployed. Multilingual Doubled the number of staff across the baggage handling value chain Increased baggage security Shorter procedures for claims Flight tickets available and are selling fast This includes the cheapest which are competitive.

contact for some of the foreign first time visitors, SAA must ensure that these visitors are made to feel welcome and offered the best possible experience as the 1st impression is key and will set the tone for the rest of their visit We are ready to play our best game for SA and score points with all our passengers from all over the world.
