Use rubber hot-mitts or test-tube holders when heating objects. Allow glassware to cool after being heated

Spills and Breaks (STAT!)
Whenever there is a spill wipe up immediately and notify Mr. Nelson When glassware breaks let Mr. Nelson now immediately.

Procedures for the lab I will act responsibly at all times in the classroom. No Horse Play! I will not touch any equipment or supplies until instructed to do so by the teacher. I will keep my table and the area around it clean and neat. I will immediately notify the teacher of any emergency.

Consequences for breaking lab procedures.
On a case-by-case basis, breaking the contract may result in: Removal from the lab activity with alternate assignments given School disciplinary procedures
