Our staff have a short meeting (called a HUDDLE) once a day where they discuss those patients who may need some extra care or attention to make sure they stay safe and well.
We can take your concerns to this meeting.
If interested, speak to a nurse or write on the slip below and hand to any member of staff on the ward. If you prefer, you could ask a visitor to do this for you.
