5 Bonus Programs, Do They Work?
Since 2014, 91 newly hired Paramedics accepted a $2,000 sign on bonus with a two year, full time employment commitment To date, 56 out of 91 (61%) paramedics that accepted the $2,000 sign on bonus since 2014 remain in active full time employment as a paramedic with Sunstar 90% of current full time Paramedics are signed up for the retention program 82% of Paramedics that have signed on to the 5-35 program since its inception in October, 2015 are still enrolled
