Used for system-generated notifications, user-elected alerts, and possibly MFA One allowed per user Update Username For ease and security, it is highly advised that users update their system-assigned Username (imagine logging into Business Banking with 5pcj4959f5c4uak87a64) Must be unique from all other business users and Online Banking users at the FI. The new username is reflected in Admin Platform > Support Dashboard. Update Password 1 2 3 1 2 3 Tip: The FI can update the business’s main address and phone number in Admin Platform. Username and password requirements are the same as for Online Banking.

Login & Security If the business user’s computer is not recognized, the user must provide a one-time passcode during login for MFA. These settings control how the user obtains that code. Also, if the user is responsible for approving ACH/wires and/or new users, these options impact in-session authentication that’s part of the approval workflow. On the Overview screen, the user can enable a phone to receive the code via text. To update other security options, click the Update link. Update the phone or add another one (2 numbers max). If the FI offers tokens, the user downloads a soft token or acquires a hard token and enters the credential ID here (only shows if FI offers tokens). If is not enabled by default, toggle on if desired. Used for MFA login only; i.e. not an option for approving users or payments. Only shows if the FI allows as an MFA option. 1 2 3 4 5

Rename & Hide your accounts
Only Primary and Secondary Admin(s) see the “Rename & Hide your accounts” option. It allows business admins to give nicknames to accounts, making it easier to decipher between accounts throughout Business Banking. Select the Tax ID to see all linked accounts. Tip: A business admin can hide an account on the Home page by unchecking the Show Account box.

Alerts & Notifications
Default alerts display for first-time users with the option to add an alert. If already in use, the business user’s established alerts display. Alerts & Notifications is also accessible from the Additional Services menu.
