Rule:

then multiply 2 x 7 = 14,
add the two zeros
and the answer is 1,400

First round 151 to the nearest hundred:
Because 51 is 50 or more, round ↑ to 200,
then multiply 2 x 8 = 16,
add the two zeros
and the answer is 1,600
