7. DR1104 – V1 Additional Meter Reader Remark Codes and Observation Codes
Change Request
The Meter Reader Remark codes are required to allow any comments captured by meter readers to be sent along with the associated code on the 300 and 305 market messages (17 new codes)
It also proposes to add two new Observation Codes i.e. 102 and 209
All codes for use in NI only at this time

The unmetered market has grown significantly since Market Opening in 2005
RMDS-driven process review project has assessed the processes in terms of bottlenecks, weaknesses and areas for improvement
This DR has been created to facilitate changes to MPD 36

10. Harmonised Retail Market Development Plan 2012-2015 (DRAFT)
Plan Outline
A market-wide schema release for both jurisdictions in June of each year from 2013 onwards
A further non-schema release for each jurisdiction in any year
Accommodates possibility of exceptional ad-hoc releases
Document has been sent separately to HWG distribution list (not yet on RMDS calendar)
