The escalating costs of producing paper-based portfolios The inaccessibility of the paper documents when the students left the university On occasion, the damage or loss of the assessment documentation by students during the programme. On occasion students reluctance to present previous assessments to mentors Changing assessment to grading for each placement doubled the administration of the academics and administrative teams Electronic revalidation for re-registration

What happens Access through POPPI
Mentors are allocated to students by placement manager (ideally before placement commences) Mentors use their POPPI password Students can see who their mentor will be Mentors in Training can be allocated Co-mentors can be allocated
