As part of the redevelopment of its nursing and midwifery programmes, the Faculty of Health and Human Sciences decided to introduce an online assessment of practice.
The escalating costs of producing paper-based portfolios
The inaccessibility of the paper documents when the students left the university

Changing assessment to grading for each placement doubled the administration of the academics and administrative teams
