Please re-write the following short paragraph, changing any applicable term into its correct abbreviation. Chris went to the doctor complaining of bad headaches. The doctor wanted to be very careful, so he ordered a computerized tomography, an electromyogram, and a spinal tap to check his cerebrospinal fluid. After all of the tests, Chris’s diagnosis was migraines but was sent to an ear, eye, nose, and throat specialist, to make sure there was nothing else wrong.
