Dev Center provides a great self-serve mechanism. These operations are connected to the flighting pipeline so it’s a seamless experience. Less , bugs and back-and-forth. Clean status indicator. 9/19/2018 2:45 AM Maximize your productivity One-click sharing of DUAs with your partners Driver Update Acceptable (AKA DUA) enables OEM to customize an IHV’s driver after its initial certification DUA, or Device Update Acceptable, is heavily used scenario by you. In Sysdev you could DUA a resell. What’s exciting in dev center is you can resell a DUA, which was not possible in earlier. As we saw from the charts earlier, this has seen significant usage We also added primitive support for bulk resell. You can now create a shared shipping labels for multiple partners. We realize that you have the business need to allow reselling multiple DUA submissions to the same partner account. Many of you have told us how much it keeps you informed on the progress. What’s neat that we’re continuously investing to make it more actionable. We want you to quickly find and fix issues. We’ve added a link to download your error report. Hardware Dev Center has the latest and great version of INF verif that provides better transparency to partners. Better internal alignment across client tools and dev center. Separate Insights IHV and OEM versions OEM version across models for their devices IHV version across various OEM models New filters like Baseboard IDs, which components are specifically impacted We’ve standardized on the device specification data now but we’ve also gone ahead and manually backfilled data for the last 2 years to make this more meaningful and actionable We’re working on enhancing the organization of insights, classification based on driver types, and connecting insights with product bugs (get better quality images) © 2014 Microsoft Corporation.
