Nothing could be further from the truth. It is your opportunity to explain to outside reviewers how YOU meet/address the standards.

11. Tips Avoid long paragraphs
Avoid copy/paste between sections. Be sure you are staying on point with your message
Be cognizant of vocabulary (awareness, understanding, ability)
Remember that this report is about how YOU meet the standards based on YOUR goals.
