6. Pass, merit and distinction awards: new to this year
You will be awarded either a pass, merit or distinction grade based on your achievements throughout the year;
Merit tasks require greater effort than pass tasks, and distinction tasks require greater effort than merit tasks;
You MUST complete the pass task before you can be awarded a merit task and a merit task before you can be awarded a distinction mark.
To be awarded with a distinction, you must complete ALL distinction tasks

There are 7 Olympic and Paralympic Games values, which all these leaders consider at all times when leading and working with others.
