Reports are custom Saved in UAccess Analytics (personal or shared dashboard or file) Recipients must be provisioned for the subject area where data lives or the dept dashboard that holds the report

Why Org Review does not pull cash receipts Cash deposit verification per cash handling policy What Report shows finalized cash receipts for the entire college. When Report filter pulls transactions that finalized the previous business day Agent runs every business day- reports sent only when data is returned Who Agent sends to College Finance Manager Can go to anyone who is in the cash receipt audit process.

Why Easy to miss edocs in a busy action list. Avoid after-the-fact reconciliation and compliance issues. What PCard report that shows transactions that have not been reviewed AND are within ~3 days of auto-approve date. Who Agent sends to the cardholder or responsible person for dept cards. Report is shown in the with link to edoc. When Report calculates transaction date plus 14 days, which is ~3 days before the auto- approve date. Agent is triggered when TD+14 is equal to the current date and s are sent daily if there is a match.

Why ASRS compliance- If a student group worker is not continuing in classes for the spring, the last day they can work would have been the last day they had a final.  Reminds fiscal officers to confirm if anyone is graduating or leaving and terminate them on their last day of finals. Provides timely report for follow up to avoid delays in resolving compliance issues and cost to depts. What Series of reports that show which student employees are not enrolled in 6 or more units for the current or next academic semester Shows position information, fiscal officer, time approver, and last date paid Who College level HR liaisons After Liaison review, is forwarded to fiscal officers if needed When If there are results, the is sent every Tuesday morning. Peak times are at the beginning of the Spring semester and over the summer as students employees are enrolling for the next academic term.
