In previous KAGRA face to face meeting on March 2017,we introduced facilities in University of Toyama.

ISO 3: CRY (Hydroxide Catalysis Bonding)
Ultrasonic bath
Vacuum furnace
Many people used and gave useful comments.

People have to carry many heavy tanks filled with water (20 kg !) … 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3
