1 Class Objectives (Week 7 Lesson 2)
(some students) present original examples to illustrate a major theory in media effects (cultural theory). Organize information of survey data analysis based on the provided framework.

7 Theme 1: What are the reactions to the teasers and footage?
On average, the respondents felt quite informed while they were watching the teaser and the interviews. On average, the respondents felt neutral that the teaser and the interviews intrigued, bored and enlightened them. The majority of the respondents think that personal stories and a person to guide the story should (54%) be added to keep them interested. ??? On average, the respondents agree that the storyline was easy to follow, that they learned a European perspective of the U.S and that the teaser, interviews gave them an international point of view and that the point of view is fair and balanced.

Do they feel as informed about an international perspective as an European perspective? Will they feel more or less intrigued/bored/enlightened if a more international perspective is used? But no one will know how to answer these questions.

What are some countries/regions that the interviewees would like to know more about? Do they feel as informed about an international perspective as an European perspective? Everyone sends in their draft to the copy-editor (hopefully before the end of Thursday). The copy-editor sends it to the project manager who will send it to the instructor.
