The magnetic level sensor detects the flap in a closed position and activate the feeding cycle At the beginning the filter is cleaned through a blast of compressed air to increase the suction efficiency and to clean the flap from possible material sitting on it Blower is activated and material is conveyed for the preset time At the end of the time a new filter cleaning is performed to help material fall out and keep filter clean Machine is in idle condition waiting for a new signal of start from magnetic level sensor

S40 utilizes special flexible hose and suction probe 30 mm diameter. Filter cleaning device must be installed in Piovan it can not be fit After Sales. Keypad can be equipped with RS 485 serial communication port and acoustic alarm all in one OPTIONAL (see Operation page). Keypad is removable up to 5mt. Acoustic alarm with adjustable tone available. Available adapting flanges from 185 mm to 210mm and 280mm. Loader can be directly flanged on the injection-moulding machine using a maintenance hopper (see beside picture).
