1 RETURNS GUIDE

2 STEP ONE Log on to your Distributor Internet Ordering System ( select Order Processing, Goods Return Note and Goods Return Note Entry.

3 STEP TWO Enter the information required for your return: Invoice Number Product Number Quantity to be returned Reason for return Once this information has been entered, select ‘Add To Box’. This will add the item into box number 1 and add the item onto the paperwork for box number 1. Repeat for any items you would like to return. If you fill up your box and need to start another box, please select Create New Box. Any items entered from this point forward will go into box 2 and the system will create you your paperwork for box number 2. Repeat this step for each box you use.

4 STEP THREE Click Accept Current Credit. This will credit your Kleeneze account for the items entered so far. You can leave your returns note open in case you get any more returns within the same period. Just log out and when you log back in, your Goods Return Note will still be open. STEP FOUR Complete your GRN. When you have no more return items for the period, select Complete Entire Return Note. This will close the GRN for you. In a separate window it will present you with your paperwork for the return. There will be a piece of return paperwork for each box created. This will list the RN number and the Box Number along with the items that should be in that box. This paperwork will need to be printed and placed in the relevant box of returns. It is extremely important that all return boxes contain a copy of the Return Note paperwork, without this we can not allocate the returned items to your account.

5 EXAMPLES OF PAPERWORK You will also receive a Summary of returns which you should and get signed by your driver, so you can keep a record of the date and time of the collection. Please note a signed summary of returns is not proof of return.

6 STEP FIVE Book a Collection. Once you have boxed up your returns with your paperwork inside, please book a collection for the returns on your next order. Please note you are allowed one free collection per period providing you are placing an order. If you live in the Republic of Ireland, you will need to contact the Service Centre when you are ready to place an order and they will book the collection for you. STEP SIX Return the goods. Please ensure you have your returns collected by the end of week 2 of the following sales period to ensure Kleeneze have enough time to receive the return and process the items back at warehouse.
