3. The Bus Trip The busses will be in order with #1 at the front

for the ride in your
backpack on
the bus.

5. NO!!!!!! Snack for bus All uneaten food will be collected and
thrown away at the end of the bus ride.
NO FOOD IN ROOMS!

6. Luggage = 3 For clothes, shoes, towels, personal items, etc.
Bedding: sleeping bag OR sheets & blanket
OR (1 pillow provided;
you may bring 1 extra)
Backpack for the bus ride:
Snacks, book/game, personal

7. Clothing
Layers! TWO!!! SIX!!!

8. Clothing for the Bus We need to be ready to head outside when we arrive at Silver Bay.
It will be cold in the morning.

NC staff will search your luggage and confiscate candy, food, and electronics and turn them over to Medfield teachers. Food allergies are a serious concern for all.

DEFINITELY! You’ll need a flashlight, bug spray, and a refillable bottle for water.

11. Daily Schedule
7:00 Get up! 8:00 Breakfast 9:30-11:30 Field Group Activities 12:00 Lunch 2:00-3:30 Special Interest Class 4:00-5:30 Special Interest Class 6:00 Dinner 7:30 Evening Activity 9:00-9:15 Snack & Song 9:45/10:00 Lights out! FREE TIME = TRANSITION TIME = ½ hour before and after each activity or meal.

12. Other Stuff….. Waitron = Everyone takes a turn
cleaning tables and getting food.
Table manners!
Listen! We’re in a new place with lots of new routines. Ask an adult if you are unsure.

13. And finally…. HAVE FUN! NEVER go in someone’s room
