Spring Campus Collaborator meeting Prepare LLP Characteristics document Hold all LLP spaces with Housing Assignments Office Start Contract Renewal Peer Mentor Interviews begin January Aggieland Saturday & LLP Recruiting RA Fair for LLP placement Contract Renewal ends February Campus Collaborator meeting w/o hall staff Add final interest in LLP’s to each Campus Collaborators’ folder March LLP Application Deadline Send Collaborators rosters of applicants for the LLP Notify students if accepted Receive LLP Accept/Decline/Alternates Request Live In Staff Placements April Do we need to mention that we are supposed to tell housing the rooms to reserve before contract renewal starts in January? Anything need to be mentioned in regards to returning students and their part of the LLP process through Contract Renewal? Also, should we say anything on the timeline about like turning on roommate finder or should I talk about that in the assignments section? Need to figure out when exactly that is though either way haha
