My Fellow Elks, I would like to thank the members whom have stepped up and done such an amazing job planning and creating events to benefit the Lodge and local Charities. We have been able to help the food pantry, the holiday baskets, Kids Christmas and the Lodge. Our breakfast crew has done an outstanding job putting on an amazing buffet and managing the number of people that have been coming. Like I have said in the past, the Lodge does not make the members, the members make the Lodge. In the months of Jan and Feb, we are going to be working hard to raise both membership and our ENF donations. We are at the highest per capita for ENF that we have been in many years. I am going to start a drive and am confident that we can meet of exceed a $500 goal by March 1st. That should put us in the top 3 for the State of NH. Anybody wishing to help by donating or by helping create and event please contact me. We have received over 10k from Grants the last 3 years from the Elks National Foundation. And are working to get at least 3 grants this year. 1 has already been approved to again continue our Bike program. The ENF is what makes us the most charitable fraternal organization in the country. It is money well placed. We always have information available at the Lodge for the ENF for anybody wanting information. We also going to be having a membership drive. I encourage you to talk to your friends and family and have them join us. The Premier and Patriotic Organization in the Nation. Fraternally Yours, Kenneth H Pennell Exalted Ruler Member Lounge Hours: Mon-Thurs: 4pm-9pm Fri & Sat: 4pm-10pm Sunday: 1pm-7pm
