H.Pylori Infection Causative factor in all duodenal ulcers and gastric ulcers that are not associated with NSAID use. Eradication involves a long term therapy. Recommended Treatment regimen Dual therapy :- 2 week PPI + AB Triple therapy:- 2 week,1 week and 10 days followed by prophylatic single therapy, PPI +AB+metronidazole
