U.S. POSTAL SERVICE Outgoing Mail is located on the left hand side of the array of boxes and is marked “Outgoing Mail”. Remember, individual mailboxes/keys are each owner’s responsibility Dolphin Bay has ten (10) boxes for large packages and overflow mail. The USPS will leave a key to one of the boxes, if you have overflow mail or large packages. USPS requests that residents submit an “Authorization to Hold Mail” form for residents that plan to be away for two weeks or more. Mail will be held at the post office until the date on the card or until you notify them of your return. Please check your mail regularly. The large boxes are getting full daily. Thank you! Magnolia Association Management, LLC., our management company, works jointly with you BOD. Magnolia’s work assists us in more effectively running the the day to day operations management of Dolphin Bay; allowing your board to focus less on administrative issues and more on overall improvements to our community. Magnolia’s POC is Lynn Price. She can be reached at ext Personal codes and clickers will still be handled by Doug Semon and Bill Woods. Please welcome our new landscaping company, which will be announced shortly replacing Green Earth. They will be taking care of the community grounds under the supervision of John Rodgers and our management company. 9/19/2018

Bay County Sheriff deputies are here for your safety and security and will assist us in handling criminal mischief as well as traffic enforcement. They will also help enforce certain covenant issues such as (but not limited to) illegal parking and underage use of golf carts & motor vehicles w/o adult supervision. Deputies Tim Adkins ( ) and Chad Roswell ( ) are here to make all of us that live here feel safe and secure. Community Wide Standards
DOLPHIN BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. Community Wide Standards Driveways, sidewalks, curbs, fences and house siding shall be free of rust, oil marks and other stains. Lots shall be free of dead trees, limbs, branches, fronds and leaves. All shrubs should be shaped and/or trimmed on an as needed basis. Lawns, driveways, sidewalks and landscaping beds shall be maintained and be kept free of weeds. All landscaping beds visible from the street must be completely covered with landscaping material. Lawns shall be free of patches of bare earth. Lawns shall be fertilized and mowed as needed. In no event shall grass in lawns exceed four (4) inches in height. No rubbish, trash or garbage shall be visible from the street. All fences shall be painted and/or stained in a color approved by the NCC. Specific questions regarding approved colors must be submitted to the NCC. 9/19/2018

They can be (850) Please switch if you have not done so already. They will provide a roll- off at the front of the community each spring and fall. Please limit what you place in it to yard waste. If you have trash or rubbish that needs to be removed, please contact Steve Edgecomb with Southern Landscapes, at to have it removed for a reasonable fee. 9/19/2018

Golf Carts/Motorized Vehicles

REMINDERS: Golf Carts/Motorized Vehicles While enjoying the use of your golf carts and motorized vehicles, please respect the traffic laws and note that children without a driver license must be accompanied by an adult at all times. PARKING: Please note that the parking of vehicles, boats or trailers on vacant lots or common areas is not permitted. This applies to all lots. Do not park or otherwise trespass on bay front lots! They are private property and owners have asked the BOD to help keep people from launching kayaks or jet skis from their lots. 9/19/2018

SPEEDING Please watch for our young loved ones in the community, respect posted speed limits, and advise guests and children of driving age to observe our posted speed limits for safety. BCSO has started to ticket vehicles exceeding the speed limits in the community! PETS We thank you for respecting your neighbors and cleaning up after your pets. Please respect the No Pet signs. In accordance with your HOA Covenants and Florida laws, all pets are required to be on a leash while outdoors. Pet waste must be picked up as well--failure to comply will result in a fine. 9/19/2018

Remote Use and Gate Code Access Policy (Exhibit D amended March 31, 2017) Owners are reminded not to give out their personal gate codes. By accepting the issuance of a code, residents agree to the BOD policy of its use by your family only. To gain access, visitors to our community must use the control box located by the gatehouse on the outside entrance lane. They will scroll to your name or type in the 3-digit code assigned to your name and then press the call button. This will ring your home phone or number you designate to us. If you are having a party or have contracted for a service to come to your home, you should instruct them to call your home from the gate using the control box so you can permit them access. After you identify the caller, you can open the outer gate by pressing 9 on your touch-tone phone. Channel 5-1/800 (Gate TV) can be used to view and confirm identities of individuals entering through the gate. For our collective security, we have a digitally recorded video system with multiple cameras covering the front gate and tennis court. If, for any reason, you need to secure video of the past several days, you must contact one of the directors as soon as possible so that the tape can be saved and replaced by another looping tape. DOLPHIN BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. TENNIS COURTS The NEW access code to the courts is posted on the community channel. Please be sure to lock up after yourselves when using the courts and do not share this code with non-residents. Doug Semon will change this code as necessary. Also, please advise your children that any wheeled recreation is not permitted within the gates of the courts. We want to preserve this amenity as it was intended. Thank you for your cooperation.
