14. Do I need to take all courses at the academic level if I’m going to university?
No, research your program. For example criminology programs don’t require math or science courses.
Math and science can be taken at the applied stream to fulfil graduation requirements

15. Can I take academic courses in grade 10 if I took applied level in grade 9?
Yes, with the exception of math. You must take a transfer course (summer school) or take grade 9 academic math in semester 1 and grade 10 academic math in semester 2 in your grade 10 year.
