5 My Sprint Business permission based access
Profile Type Description Basic shell / community profile User name and password not associated to device or account. Allows user to participate in Sprint Community forums. Device / End user profile User registered with device specific information where they can manage device online. This profile doesn’t allow account level or financially impacting changes. Account authorized User registered as an end-user and account manager promoted their access to account authorized. This profile doesn’t have permission to manage account PIN. Account Owner User registered and provided BAN and account security information. Customer has full access to the site and authority to modify users, manage PIN, and account management activities including pay bill, order devices, etc. Corporate Owner Account owner access entering above the BAN level. Can only be assigned by a Sprint Admin (cannot be created by registering on My Sprint Business)

The “I want to…” buttons are located on the right side of the page throughout the site. You will see different buttons on different pages, depending on your account type, your profile, and where you are on the site.

Info Center Displays account alerts Lets you know when changes have been made to account

12 Hierarchy Selector Learn to use Hierarchy Selector The Hierarchy Selector is located on the My Account tab of business customers who are part of an account that is set up with a hierarchy.

13 Search capabilities Under the Device Listing section when signed in under the Billing Account Number (BAN) you’re managing you can search different criteria to locate the device or subscription you want to manage or review. Learn to use search features

You can also view subscriber level usage as well View account level un-billed usage information

16 Device Listing The Device Listing section displays all the devices on the account and shows account management options next to the device image and there is a drop down filter with additional manage options for the subscriber to the right of the device image. Note: MANAGE THIS DEVICE option changes once a customer has access to EAM.

17 Change or personalize name on device
To change or personalize the name for the subscriber just click the name label and it will convert to a field. Then type in the naming convention you want. Examples like: Tommy, Ann, or Truck 1, Truck 2, or Office 1 or Office 2. Then click Save or Cancel if you decide you want to leave it as is. The change will take place immediately.

21 My Device Tab On the “My device” tab, you’ll find support information for the device that is registered/associated to your profile. To use this tab, you must have a device associated with your profile. If you do not, a popup box will display and prompt you to register your device. The information you’ll find on this page is mostly device support via knowledgebase, user guide, device overview, and tutorials. For accounts with multiple devices there is search functionality to help you locate devices on your account by phone number that will provide all of the above support.

On the “My Preferences” tab, you’ll find everything you need to manage your profile and your account preferences. The (All about me) section is primarily about your individual profile and the (All about my account) is focused on account level preferences, access, controls and product centric access links Learn more about My Preferences

23 Add an account to your profile
This process must be completed by root level (Corporate owners) in order to access account level information. Once added, these newly added BANs will display on the account flipper. You can also personalize the account by giving it a (Nickname), for example (South Region), or (North Region). Start here Click here to add Complete these fields and save

Manage access to account allows you to manage other My Sprint Business users and their permissions to the account. Manage access to account The output shows the Authorized user the following attributes for any user that has been given access to the account

In addition to all of the features on My Sprint Business… •Update account contact information •Manage equipment inventory •Order equipment (active and inactive) •Activate new lines of service •Change user names •Display of customized plans and features •Update plan/features •Change phone numbers, area codes, or network access identifier (NAI) •Reset voic password •Perform bulk actions •Move phones between accounts/sub accounts •Access basic billing information including unbilled data •Access account inventory reports •Add/remove users based on access permission

•Medium to large business customers who make frequent changes to account •Customers that have or plan to grow to 50+ lines of service •Customers that are assigned to Dedicated Care Specialist •Dedicated Care Specialist must submit customized registration form Note: Once the user is registered user will access My Sprint Business to navigate to Enhanced Account Management

31 Accessing Enhanced Account Management – Level access
There are two ways of accessing EAM: Under the I want to…section a link labeled (Access enhanced account management) that navigates you to EAM at the account level Under the Device Listing section to the left of the device image there is a link labeled (Manage this device) that activates a drop down of subscriber level functions you can initiate 1 2

32 Inside Enhanced Account Management
On the Account Level option you are viewing activity from an aggregate perspective as it applies to the overall account. The menu items below is intended to give you a sense of navigational dynamics for each of the main menu options. In each of those options there is much more to explore to understand the self service options that are available. The account menu is all about The overall account and the Individual assigned as the Account Owner In order to see subscriber level Information you must choose a Subscriber to gain access to these menu items Reports are available via request and the address doesn’t have to belong to the Account Owner Account Devices Reports

34 Update subscriber information in EAM
There are multiple self service options on this page but here is a listing of some of them along with knowledgebase articles that outline how to perform those changes. Move device from one account or DAC to another Reset Voic Passcode Modify price plans and features Edit user name and SSIT fields Change phone number, area code and NAI

35 Bulk Transactions EAM gives you the ability to make bulk changes for some transactions up to 50 at a time using an onboard excel worksheet. The transaction types that are eligible for bulk are: Change phone number Change name Change price plans Swaps Note: In order for the process to work properly you must save your file as .XLS using the Excel workbook format.

36 Bulk Transactions Select network and users by checking individual boxes or you can use the select all function. Select from one of the above options

37 Bulk transaction example
This example looks at a bulk change for username. Once the subscribers are selected you now have to define what that name change is, like (John Doe, Truck 1, Truck 2, Cab 1, Region 1, Region 2 etc. Complete the changes and save your activity.

38 Status Search Status search provides you the capability to review every transaction made in EAM. It will tell you when it was done, who did it and other details associated with the transaction.

39 Reports Learn about available reports and how to request them
Reports in EAM are available by requesting them through . The delivery protocol is 24 hours, however it is very possible that you will get the report(s) within 15 minutes. Learn about available reports and how to request them

43 Personalize name assigned to device
The name sits to the right of the device image. To personalize it click the link label to activate the name field to change it. Change the name or label of your choice Click the Save link to keep your new personalized name or cancel if you change your mind. Once you save it you should immediately see your change on the screen End state

44 Change rate plan in EAM Learn how to change the subscriber price plan
From the subscriber transactional listing choose Change rate plan for a given subscriber and you’ll be navigated to the Price Plan selection screen. Learn how to change the subscriber price plan Once you’re on the Price Plan screen you’ll be presented with several price plan options and you’ll need to scroll through the list to see them all. Choice what fits your needs and save it.
