My mom wants to cook dinner When the subject of the 1st verb (yo – quiero) is the same subject of the 2nd verb, (“yo” is who wants to draw), the verb remains as an INFINITIVE

El infinitivo para el general
Whenever the statement refers to a general group of people or an unknown group of people, the infinitive will come after a subjunctive expression: Es bueno estudiar para muchas días. It’s good to study for many days Es importante lavar los dientes. It’s important to brush your teeth Es una lástima perder los llaves. It’s a shame to lose your keys. Es mejor pedir limonada. It’s better to ask for lemonade Who is the subject of these statements? Can it be applied to a general group of people?
