4. Support Need HC gap to 2017 work forecast
PPT need one HC for DFCV NG product development
PEMS work soar since Q3 of 2016 and more work for NS6 product kickoff in 2017
NS6 product development need more vehicle level test both from engineering test and field test.
People suffering for the high work load, that will not be sustaining for PIC people capability growth and work quality.
PEMSs devices challenge for NS6 development
PEMS device running in road, prone to damage and need consider the PEMS down time and maintenance time for troubleshooting and calibration. Suggest to add one more PEMS device.
Very expensive cost for the PEMS parts change and service from supplier, not plan enough PEMS maintenance expense in the AOP.
