Ksenia provides analytical support to Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL) initiative through research on energy efficiency and renewable energy best-practices. Prior joining C2E2 she worked with GBPN and did her PhD research at Central European University Shannon Hilsey is a Project Coordinator for the Building Efficiency Initiative at World Resources Institute, within the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. Shannon provides support for the SE4ALL Building Efficiency Accelerator (BEA) and other building efficiency projects. Prior to joining WRI, she worked at the American University School of International Service. Peter Graham has been the Technical Advisor and past Coordinator of the UNEP SBCI. He came to Global Building Performance Network (GBPN) from a position as Head of Discipline for Architecture & Design at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He is also Professor of Smart Low-Carbon Cities at Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia. Brian Dean works in the IEA Energy Efficiency Division and supports the Energy Efficiency in Emerging Economies programme, Energy Efficiency Market Report and IEA’s building energy efficiency policy databases.  Prior joining the IEA, Brian was Senior Manager at ICF, where he supported ENERGY STAR, the 30% improvement in US building energy codes and utility energy efficiency programs.
