Membership and membership fee Personal – not representative for an organisation Membership is granted by the board Is in it for personal interest and not for making business Is taking an active role in building up the network and in sharing knowledge Each member pays an annual membership fee of € 150. Regulation 3 % each year in March.

The budget is valid every year from 1 March to 28 February the following year Any surplus on the statement of accounts should be transferred to the next Meeting in the budget The board is responsible for the budget The budget is presented and accepted at the annual meeting along with the statement of accounts for the past year Presentation of budget

Election of the Board Proposal on 2 (or at least 1) board members from the next meeting host country, preferably the chairman of the board as responsible for the next meeting (normal pratice in other associations) The Hague has asked to host the next meeting Candidates Open election or voting by ballots?

7. Set up of ad hoc groups? Proposal of 1 ad-hoc group – referring to the board – on building up a research plan and a more specific and detailed plan for at least 2 research projects under the ENIEC auspices Any other suggestions? Website?

Can we secure that the logistics work? E.g. GM offers to make a script master of how to organise the annual meeting. Other areas? The board must make very quickly a set of Standing Orders and publicise at the website Other matters
