5. Being available for work
To be available for work, means that you are:
Registered at the job center/jobnet.dk.
Have an approved cv on jobnet.dk and update it regularly.
Check job propositions on jobnet.dk every 7th day.
Resident in Danmark.
Able and willing to take a job on short notice.
Actively applying for jobs, you are qualified for.
Mandatory participation in meetings at MA and job center. Important: be aware of booking deadlines!
Participate in activities, arranged by the job center – while applying for jobs.
MA assesses and determines your availability for work.

6. Job search Phase 1: MA assesses and determines your availability by:
Are you applying for several jobs every week.
Apply for at least one full time, advertised position in DK every week.
Register your job search activities on job log on MA Selvbetjening or Jobnet.dk
Upload at least one application every month.
Phase 2: MA assesses how you continuously are progressing in your job search activities. The progressionen is formulated in Krav til jobsøgning and Min Plan. Examples:
That you should apply outside your main field.
That you should widen your geographical area.
That you should try unsolicited job seach.
That you should add more types of jobs to apply for.
That you should focus more on your network while applying for jobs.

7. MA Self Service (Selvbetjening)
On MA Selvbetjening – self service module you:
Receive all mail from us.
Fill in and mail your claims card ‘dagpengekort’ - (second last Sunday of every month)
Register your job search activities on the joblog (data is continiously exchanged with jobnet.dk)

If the job is registered as ‘Ikke søgt’ it won’t count in the availability assessment.
