WB #22477 – Required Teacher Roster Verification Florida Statute, Section Personnel Evaluation Procedures and Criteria - requires that the District provide instructional personnel the opportunity to review the accuracy of class rosters that will be used in their evaluation The Teacher Roster Verification link will be available on the Teacher Portal for FTE Survey 3 on Monday, February 12th Principals are to inform all instructional staff that the link is available via the Teacher Portal Principals are required to monitor the staff members who have accepted or not accepted the final rosters through the portal report. Principals are to print and file this report at the end of the roster verification window (February 12th - March 1st) Should a teacher roster have an error, FM-7494 Roster Correction Form is available as a link labeled "Roster Correction Form" in the "Roster Verification" box on the portal FM-7494 must be completed, saved, scanned, and ed by the teacher to
