Regularity in serving MDM:
The UT Primary schools are providing daily hot cooked Meal regularly 96 to 98% students are availing the MDM Regularity in Supply of Food grain: The food grains are not delivered by the distributors at the school point instead SHGs (cooking agencies are lifting the food grains by meeting their self expenditure

Regularity in delivering cooking cost at the school level:
MI observed that there is delay in delivering the Cooking Cost to the Cooking Agencies Social Equity: MI noticed that there is no discrimination inserving the MDM at the school point

Management Information System (MIS):
Menu: Common menu is prepared for the cluster of schools The MI observed that menu is not being displayed at the noticeable place in the school The SMC members are monitoring the cooking and serving of MDM Management Information System (MIS): MI observed that there is a training for the teacher in-charge of the schools for MDM for MIS at the CRC level

School Health Programme:
There is no regular time frame for the health check up. The local health workers of the centre do come for the purpose and provide medicines It is reported that all the Primary Schools and UPS are covered under the school health programme and provided the iron, dewarming tablets are given to the school students MI observed that use of the iodized salt in MDM All the students are encouraged to wash hands before and after eating

Financial Management:
The registers are maintained at the school level by the respective teacher in-charge General observations of MI: Observed that hygienic conditions are maintained in the cooking place/ kitche PTA/ MTA/ Community is pro-active in the process of MDM Eggs are provided two days in week and separate funds are provided by the UT administration towards the cost of eggs
