2. Employee Earnings and Leave
Replaces Web Earnings History
Same functions as Web Earnings History
New look with tabs
Contains 2 years of history
Currently being pilot tested
Can choose when to switch over
Same functions as Web Earnings History, except that there is a tab for Your SID/Personal Info where you can view your SID, addresses, address and phone numbers.
Can choose when to switch over, but you will need to switch over.

3. This opens with the most current check information.
Notice the college logo in the upper left corner.
The tabs are below that and I will be showing all of them except the help.
The blue boxes throughout this presentation are to cover the personal information. The employee will be able to view their information.
You can print this screen if you want the college logo on it. If you click the Print link in the top right corner, you will get a view that is cleaner, which is shown in the next slide.

4. This is the view of the Check Information when you click on the Print link. It doesn’t have the college logo, but it does have the college name.

5. This will display up to 2 years worth of checks.

6. If this employee had worked in 2008, the column titled ‘No data available’ would be ‘For the year 2008’ and would list the balances for 2008.

7. This has the same functionality as the Employee Earnings and Leave.

8. Employees can view their personal information here
Employees can view their personal information here. It can be updated by PPMS personnel on PS0004 or PS0014.

9. Employees can change their PIN’s here.
The Help tab does have information. It was too long to show here.
