The average lifespan of a red fox is between 2 and 4 years, though most survive longer when isolated from the wild. The creature is an omnivore, meaning it eats both plant and animal material. Rabbits, fruit, fish, worms and dead animals are among the creature's menu items, and foxes in the city also feed from garbage cans.
Unlike wolves, the red often hunts alone and communicates with other foxes in the area by making scent posts. Individuals come together during mating season, which is usually during the winter time. A litter of young foxes consists of two to 12 pups. Both parents participate in raising the pups, and by the fall, the pups are usually ready to live on their own.

9. The fox cubs
When fox cubs are born they are completely dependent upon their mother for food and warmth. They are deaf and blind, weigh about 100 grames, are 10 centimeters long and have short black fur. For the firste couple of weeks the mother rarely leaves them and depends on the male and other adult foxes for food. At this point, the cub’s eyes start to open and they can start exploring.
At about four weeks of age, the cubs venture outside but remain very close to the den. They are beginning to moult into a reddish colour. A couple of weeks later they are covered in orange fur and their faces have more vulpine shape. The ears and the snout grow longer. At this stage, cubs are very active, playing for long periods, chasing each other or chewing a variety of objects that they find.
When 12 weeks old, the cubs start following the adults more and probably learn where to find food as now they will start foraging for themselves.
By the time they are weeks the cubs are able to find food independently from the adults but their movements are still restricted, only covering part of their range.
At 6 months they are hard to tell from the adults and by the age of 10 months they are fully grown.
From birth until four weeks of age, fox cubs rely on their mother’s milk. After this period, the cubs start to take solid food. The food provided by the adult foxes depends on what is available in the territory where the fox family lives.

-Where do you usually live?
I usually live in all over North America but you can see me everywhere in the World..I like forests.
-Can you tell us your Physical appereance?
We are the smallest member of dogs but we have some similarities with cats too.We have slit eyes,thich fur,claw and sharp teeth.Our tail is also very beautiful.We are usually red,Brown,gray.

16. -What do you like eating?
We like eating meat such as includes rodents, rabbits, insects and small birds.We also eat hens and sometimes vegetable.
Where do you make your home?
We make our home in a dense forest or a suburban neighborhood. We make our home under sheds, in the hollow of trees, in ground burrows, and in wood piles.

We just find the right place for ourselves we dont use anything.

Yes,we live alone and hunt alone too.Wedont live in pack.
-How do you feed your cubs-kits?
We breed our cubs in our houses until they are 4 months old.When they are born they have no fur and they are blind so we look after our cubs very carefull until they are ready to leave the home.
