12.9 of the world is unnourished.

3 1 child dies every 10 seconds...
children all around world suffer from poverty and hunger nearly 11% of the world is undernourished/underfed hunger can occasionally create diseases that can kill these children ,along with being hungry

4 795 million people go day to day with not enough food
that is 1 in every 9 people that go hungry every day 1 child dies every 10 seconds from hunger related diseases

5 Rural areas account for three out of every four people living on less than $1.25 a day

it can.... reduce the child’s motor skills Lower their activity levels “make” them lose motivation to explore and learn Make it difficult for them to interact with others, including their family causes increases in depression,hysteria and hypochondriasis diminished or no sexual interest withdrawal and isolation symptoms decline in comprehension,concentration and judgement capabilities

in past experiments and data observed, physicians thought that thymuses of the prepubescent children were small, because the only thymuses they had seen were from the poverty stricken. when in conditions of high stress (caused by poverty) the child's thymus shrinks. a normal thymus is large and shrinks over time as a child goes through puberty thymus is a gland in prepubescent children that produces T cells for your body (T cells are cells that help with immune responses) poverty can also cause chronic stress,the loss of self esteem,depression and even ptsd
