Based on information at time of call, Sheriff’s Communications Center may initiate an MCI Alert or Activation at time of dispatch
Call received
Enter call into CAD Dispatch initial units
Conduct MCI notifications per MPMP
All Stations
Local Hospitals
EMS/MHOAC
Respond to requests from IC for additional resources
Dispatch available engines and ambulances
Request ambulances from out of county
Request MHOAC to order ambulances thru Region II
Enter call into CAD Send to Woodacre ECC
Coordinate requests from Woodacre for additional resources

2. MCI dispatch responsibilities Woodacre emergency communications center
Receive CAD event from Sheriff’s Comm Center
Dispatch initial units
Respond to requests from IC for additional resources
Dispatch additional MCFD resources
If needed, request ambulances thru Fire Mutual Aid System
Request additional resources thru Sheriff’s Comm Center
Coordinate w/ MHOAC to request ambulances thru Medical Health Mutual Aid System
