3 What Are We Trying to Accomplish?
The “5Ws and 1H” Housing that is… Safe Stable Dignified Affordable

4 Did You Know? The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) considers a Chronically Homeless Person as: “an unaccompanied homeless individual with a disabling condition who has been continuously homeless for a year or more, or has had at least four episodes of homelessness in the past three years. To be considered chronically homeless, a person must have been sleeping in a place not meant for human habitation (e.g., living on the streets) and/or in an emergency shelter during that time.”

8 Discussion Guidelines
Form groups of around 4-5 people Develop around 5-6 ideas per group  Write 1 idea per post-it and in BIG letters Encourage everyone's contributions  Connect diverse perspectives
