GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS ADVANCED DIPLOMA = 26 CREDITS
4 Credits of English (9, 10, 11, 12) 4 Credits of Math (Alg I, Geometry, Algebra Functions and Data Analysis, and Algebra II) or (Alg I, Geometry, Alg II and ANY Math above Alg II) 4 Credits of Science (E. Science, Biology, Chemistry or Physics) 4 Credits of Social Science (W. History I, W. History II, U.S. & VA History, and U.S. & VA Government) Foreign Language Requirement (3 credits of 1 language or 2 Credits each of two different languages) 1 Credit of Fine or Practical Art 1 Economics and Personal Finance 2 Credits of P.E. (HPE I & HPE II) 3 Electives

History, US &VA History and US & VA Government) 1 Credit of Economics and Personal Finance 2 Credits of P.E. (HPE I and HPE II) 2 Credits of Fine arts or Career and Technical Education 4 Electives (two of which must be sequential) Example: ART 1 & ART II, ROTC 1 & ROTC II

Step 1: At the top of the Academic and Career Plan select a Career Cluster that interests you from the drop down list Step 2: Select a Career Pathway and then a Career Goal from the drop down lists Step 3: Select a Diploma Type and Post Secondary Goal Step 4: Select the core classes you are taking this year for 9th grade and be sure to type in your electives too Step 5: Select the core classes you PLAN to take your 10th grade year and type in two electives you would like to take Step 6: Be sure to add any extracurricular actives you are currently involved in this year. This may include, clubs, organizations and/or athletics. Step 7: At the very bottom type in your name as your signature **You are not locked into taking the courses you inputted for your 10th grade year. We will revisit this plan your junior year and make changes and updates**

WORK PERMITS ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE AT 5 OR MORE UNEXCUSED ABSENCES WILL RESULT IN AN ATTENDANCE CONTRACT… 10 UNEXCUSED AND/OR EXCUSED ABSENCES IN A CLASS WILL RESULT IN NO CREDIT STATUS 21st Century Tutoring is offered EVERY Tuesday and Wednesday after school for help in Math, Science, History and English. Speak with your counselor for an application SEE YOUR COUNSELOR OR TALK TO A TEACHER IF THERE IS SOMETHING YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND…!
