Usually the MNEs in manufacturing is recognized unions/associations But in BPOs business process outsourcing is different because it is hard to track/monitor that is why so hard also to organized MNEs usually gives good salary & benefits

MNEs basically use the town hall meeting Labor Management Cooperation (LMC) Using also the Union & Management Committees

IF MNEs companies has the associations/unions usually they also follow the rights and bargain collectively. But if not they are following the labor law and practices
