Include the ability of hospitals to receive on new BLS patch channels AND legacy system (include MedComm managing City ALS patching through new system)
November 3, 2014 County Police, Sheriff and Parks & 3 police positions in BCCC – 0900
PD A and B patched for a 4 hour window
November 5, 2014 County Fire/EMS & 3 positions in BCCC – 0900 (MedComm and hospitals fully on new system)
Brks Fire A and Brks Fire B patched for a 4 hour window
