2. How Do You Define A. . . LEADER: A person who leads as a guide
(1): a person who has commanding authority or influence
MANAGER: A person who conducts business or household affairs
(1): a person whose work or profession is management

There are all kinds of leaders – good, bad, old, young.
Rick - Spanky – from our gang – what leadership skills he had, at such a young age. The kids in his gang did anything he said.

Rick: Lebron James – he was a star, a hero. Lost the last playoff game and fell from grace – the point here – leaders are human and sometimes fail to do the right thing.

The servant-leader is servant first…It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead.
A servant-leader is simply a leader who is focused on serving others. A servant-leader loves people and wants to help them.
