Registration Rate
$550, exclusive of 21% VAT to be calculated at completion of registration
Registration fee and 3 nights hotel stay for PSDs are covered by MGA

Partner/Children fee
$160, exclusive of 21% VAT to be calculated at completion of registration
Fee will cover dinners on Friday (Opening Ceremony) and Saturday (Honors Ceremony)
Children 6 years old and younger are free

7. Logistics – Sleeping Rooms
Attendees are responsible for making reservations through the RAI Housing Bureau
A specific sleeping room reservation URL for SC2014 will be provided with registration
Cut-off date for obtaining the Sections Congress hotel rate is June 13, 2014.
Individuals must use a credit card to reserve a room
Room block: Tuesday, 19 August to Tuesday, 26 August
Hotel charges will be applied to your credit card at check-out; reimbursement via expense report submitted to your Region or Section
Seven hotels contracted
Varying rates - €119 to €195
Four within minute walk to RAI
Shuttle bus will be provided for the hotels furthest from RAI during peak congress hours

8. Section Support by R10
3 nights of (listed) hotel expenses and congress registration fee of section primary delegates are covered by MGA
R10 will provide travel support for Section primary delegates (mainly for airfare and 1 additional night)
LARGE Section (500+ members): up to 1,500 USD
SMALL/Sub Section (~500 members): up to 2,000 USD
Council Chairs will be fully supported
Additional support to Student/Young Professional/WIE delegates from sections will be planned by 50:50 basis
